Come discover why NMSNA is the place for networking! Over four exciting days, you will come face to face with hundreds of colleagues from districts across the state, allowing you the opportunity to discuss trends, swap tips, exchange ideas and benchmark your current practices. This year's conference sessions and industry trade show are designed to certify staff, grow careers, provide leadership development, engage in hands-on cooking, learn about challenges and opportunities available to school foodservice programs, build relationships, network, see the latest food, supplies and equipment for you programs and recognize the outstanding work and achievements of NMSNA.

Registration covers all general sessions and breakout sessions Tuesday through Friday as well as your entrance into our wonderful Exhibit and Trade Show.  *Tuesday we are having hands-on cooking classes -included in registration fee, but it will be held off-site at another location ( Indian Cultural Center ).  These hands-on cooking classes and demonstrations are limited to the first 120 individuals registered.  *Must have own transportation to and from facility.

Meals provided: Wednesday, Continental Breakfast and a Box Lunch.  Thursday, Breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwich and coffee and juice and our Banquet Dinner during our Evening of Entertainment.  Friday, Breakfast Burrito Bar w/ Coffee & Juice.

Be sure to plan on attending our Evening of Entertainment on Thursday night where we will have the great "live" band "Wild Country".  Come dressed in your best western wear, hats and cowboy boots to dance the night away -country style.

REMINDERS:

• Once registered, the system generates and sends you an emailed invoice.  If you need to provide a formal invoice to your district you must submit your request to Rosalinda Sanchez at [email protected]     Rosalinda will email your registration confirmations.  Please recheck the spelling of your name as they will be printed as entered on your registration directly onto your badge.

• Registration will not be finalized without proper payment (or PO if applicable).  If paying with a Purchase order, you must send a copy of your PO no later than May 15th.

• Email the copy of your PO to [email protected]    *Make checks payable to NMSNA and mail to NMSNA, Ginger Stockton, 2055 Dona Ana Rd. SW, Deming, NM  88030

• Refunds/Cancellations; We’d hate for you to miss the conference, but if you must, cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing by May 15, 2026. Refunds will be processed less the $75 administrative fee. NO refunds will be made after May 15th and no refunds for any NO-SHOWS.  *Special considerations or medical requests may be submitted via email to President by [email protected]

  Otherwise, the refund and cancellation policy WILL NOT and CANNOT be waived as we will have secured meals and other conference expenses for which the association will be charged for them by that time.

Please be aware, this is an ADULT only conference.  No children are allowed in classes or on the showroom-exhibit floor.
